The Board resolution dated October 05, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the holding to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following contents:

1)      Approving the plan for stock issuance under ESOP

2)      Approving the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing:

-          Record date: October 26, 2020

-          Time for sending ballots to shareholders: October 30, 2020

-          Deadline to receive ballots from shareholders: expected in November 10, 2020

-          Location to receive ballots: 52 Le Dai Hanh, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

-          Time for counting ballots: expected in November 11, 2020

-          Time for announcement on Voting Minutes and Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approved: expected in November 11, 2020.
