-         Current charter capital: VND 2,252,935,850,000

-         Number of outstanding shares:  225,124,026 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 169,559 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,318,777 shares

-         Total value (based on par value): VND 23,187,770,000

-         Issue price: VND 20,000/share

-         Expected charter capital after issuing: VND 2,276,123,620,000

-         Transfer restriction time: according to the ESOP regulation.
