On October 26, 2020, An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 2,166,010 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 3,500,000 shares, equivalent to 3.45% charter capital

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares, to raise the value of shareholders.

- Expected trading period: from November 04, 2020 to December 03, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
