Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated October 26, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved the Proposal to amend and supplement its charter.

2)      The EGM approved the Proposal to change its name.

3)      The EGM approved the Proposal of planning to issue shares to existing shareholders:

-          Stock name: Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Current charter capital: VND 167,700,000,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 16,770,000 shares

-          Expected offering price: VND 10,000/share

-          Offering method: public offering

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          Expected offering volume: 167,770,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 167,700,000,000

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          The rights should be transferred only once

-          How to deal with unsold shares: the shares refused to buy (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors.

-          Total proceeds from the offering will be supplemented working capital for the company’s business activities.

-          Time of implementation: after the General Meeting of Shareholders approves the offering plan and being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
