On October 27, 2020, the BOD of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to increase long-term investment capital in 2020 with the following companies:

1)      To increase long-term investment capital in Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company (according to Announcement on stock issuance raise charter capital to existing shareholders of Toan Luc Paper JSC). The holding rate after investment is 51.03%.

2)      To increase long-term investment capital in Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation (short name: HVID EDU. CORP) (according to Announcement on stock issuance raise charter capital to existing shareholders of HVID EDU. CORP). The holding rate after investment is 28.33%.

3)      To increase long-term investment capital in Viet My Education Culture Corporation (short name: VIET MY EDU CORP) (according to Announcement on stock issuance raise charter capital to existing shareholders of VIET MY EDU CORP). The holding rate after investment is 6.71%.
