Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated August 29, 2019 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved to raise its charter capital from VND230,808,010,000 to VND240,000,000,000 due to issuing additional shares of 919,199 shares, equivalent to VND9,191,990,000 in the stock issuance under ESOP.

2)      The Board of Directors approved to amend and supplement its charter regarding new charter capital.
