On September 03, 2019, Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 61,600,900 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 61,600,900 shares

- Purpose: to increase the number of outstanding voting shares and to restructure financial resources.

- Expected trading period: within 30 days from the beginning date of trading

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
