Hoa Sen Group announces the buyback of shares from its ex-employees, who participated in the 2017 ESOP, as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 229,400 shares

- Number of shares registered for share buyback: 16,500 shares

- Buying price: VND10,000/share

- Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

- Trading period: from October 03, 2019 to November 01, 2019

- Trading method: to transfer the ownership via the Vietnam Securities Depository.

- Agent for buyback: MB Securities Joint Stock Company.
