According to Board resolution No.127/2019 dated September 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Allowing Bamboo Airways Company to hire aircrafts and sign aircraft rental agreements with Celestial Aviation Trading 15 Limited, as follows:

−      Leasing company: Celestial Aviation Trading 15 Limited

−      Type of property:

• Boeing B787-9               No.: 62725;  
• Boeing B787-9               No.: 62739.

−      Number of leasing property: 02 aircrafts

−      Term of each leasing agreement: 132 months from the delivery date

2. FLC Group Joint Stock Company will grant guarantees to Bamboo Airways Company to hire aircraft with Celestial Aviation Trading 15 Limited.
