As of Sept 19th, 2019, the company announced the change of personnel as below:
- Appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Xuyen, member of the Board, as General Director for the term 2018-2023, being the legal representative of the company, from 19/9/2019
- Appointment of Ms. Nguyen Tran Diem Thuy as Chief Accountant cum Head of Accounting-Finance department for the term 2018-2023, from 19/9/2019
- Appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, staff of Administration department as Staff in charge of Board of Directors (Corporate Secretary) for the term 2018-2023, from 19/9/2019
- Resignation of Mr. Nguyen Pham Viet Nghia as General Director from 19/9/2019. Reason: personal need
- Resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Xuyen as Chief Accountant cum Head Head of Accounting-Finance department from 19/9/2019. Reason: appointment as General Director of the Company
- Resignation of Ms. Le Thi Thanh Nhan as staff in charge of Board of Directors for the term 2018-2019 from 19/9/2019. Reason: personal need
- Resignation of Mr. Nguyen Pham Viet Nghia as representative of State capital of the company, from 19/9/2019. Reason: personal need
- Appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Xuyen, member of the Board as representative of State capital (51.92%) of the company
