The Board resolution dated July 08, 2019, Garmex Saigon Corporation approved the following issues:

Approving to raise its charter capital from VND155,556,200,000 to VND178,809,280,000 (equivalent to 17,880,928 shares, par value VND10,000/share).
Approving to amend its charter with the new charter capital.
Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,325,308 new shares of the stock dividend payment.
