I. Information on the private placement:

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Estimated offering volume: 6,000,000 shares

-       Real offering volume: 5,000,000 shares

-       Total mobilized capital: VND50 billion

-       Beginning date of private placement: June 30, 2016

-       Ending date of private placement: November 16, 2016

II. Plan for the use of capital:

1. According to the report on private placement result, the Company announced the plan for the proceeds of VND50 billion mobilized from the private placement as follows:

-       Project “Ha Noi Eco Garden House” – Phase 1: VND39,802,560,000

-       To raise the working capital: VND10,197,440,000.

2. Change of plan: The Company will use VND39,802,560,000 to raise the working capital to invest in projects in Nhon Trach, Vship project.
