The Board resolution dated July 05, 2019, De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the contents of General Meeting of Shareholder as follows:

1. To carry out the selection of the Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Services Com Ltd (AASCS) as the auditors for the financial statements in 2019 according to the Report No.02/6/2019/TTr-ĐHĐCĐ dated June 27, 2019.
2. To carry out the profit distribution in 2018 according to the Report No.03/06/2019/TTr-ĐHĐCĐ.
3. To carry out the remuneration payment for the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2018 and 2019 according to the Report No.04/06/2019/TTr-ĐHĐCĐ.
4. To carry out the supplement of the company’s business lines and charter according to the Report No.05/06/2019/TTr- ĐHĐCĐ.
5. To carry out the plan for stock dividend payment, bonus shares to shareholders and charter capital increase of issuing the new shares according to the Report No.07/06/2019/TTr- ĐHĐCĐ.
6. To carry out the change of the company’s head office according to the Report No.08/06/2019-TTr- ĐHĐCĐ.
7. To carry out the adjustment of the purpose of use of capital from the offering in 2016 according to the Report No.09/06/2019-TTr- ĐHĐCĐ.
