Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

-       Mr. Do Van Quang resigned as Member of the Board of Directors and did not hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors to receive new duties as assigned by Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation.

-       Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri was elected as Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company.

-       Mr. Vu Minh Cong, Chief Accountant of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company, was elected as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company.
