On April 24, 2019, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the change of personnel in the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors as follows:

1. Approving the resignation from the Board of Directors for the term from 2017 to 2022 by the following persons:

-       Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc;

-       Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh;

-       Mr. John Joseph Ramos.

2. Electing replacement members to the Board of Directors for the term from 2017 to 2022:

-       Mr. Ikhwan Primanda;

-       Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang;

-       Mr. Pham Thanh Thai Linh

3. Electing the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2019 to 2024:

-       Ms. Ngo Thi Truc Mai: Head of the Board of Supervisors;

-       Mr. Dedy Rifdy Ramsey;

-       Ms. Dao Thi Hai Yen.
