On April 25, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.141/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Hoang Long Group (stock code: HLG) into warning status as from May 07, 2019.

Reason:  Hoang Long Group delayed the submission of the audited financial statements for more than 15 business days as from the deadline of submission. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Item e, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
