Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Han Cong Khanh as a member of the BODs cum Deputy Chairman of the BODs as from April 23, 2019.

- Mr. Nguyen Tien Son was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term (2019-2023) as from April 23, 2019.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Doan Vinh as a member of the Supervisory Board  cum Head of the Supervisory Board as from April 23, 2019.

- Mr. Han Cong Khanh was appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board as from April 23, 2019.
