On April 07, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 150 to put the stock PIT of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company under supervision status because the undistributed after-tax profit of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company in 2014 was -9.8 billion dongs; the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2015 was -7.9 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2014 and 2015.
On March 20, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2018 audited consolidated financial statements of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the after-tax profit was 30.1 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit by December 31, 2018 was –91.6 billion dongs.
Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PIT.
