On March 31, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.90/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock PXI of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company under the supervision status because the auditor gave except-for opinions on the 2012 financial statements leading the Company’s profit to be negative. Besides, PXI’s after-tax profit in the 2016 audited financial statements was -14,534,040,215 dongs.
On March 19, 2019, HOSE received the 2018 audited financial statements from PXI. Accordingly, the after-tax profit was 535,155,730 dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2018 was – 57.024 billion dongs. Therefore, PXI has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision.
HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PXI.
