On March 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved that the Company would not contribute more capital to raise the charter capital of Rosland Joint Stock Company from VND200 billion to VND500 billion. Accordingly, the ownership ratio of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company at Rosland Joint Stock Company decreases to 19.6%. Therefore, Rosland Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company as from March 27, 2019
