On February 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) allowed CII to purchase more treasury shares. In particular, the Board approved the number of repurchased shares according to Board Resolution No.36 dated 12/10/2016 to be 14,670,130 shares (= 50,000,000 shares – 35,329,870 shares which bought back previously).
The share buyback will be executed after the receipt of the approval from the State Securities Commission.
