On February 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the divestment at Song Da – Ha Noi Joint Stock Company with the following details:

- Selling volume: 600,000 shares

- Total value (based on par value): VND6,000,000,000

- Selling price: VND7,600/share

- Transaction method: put through via Upcom trading floor

- Time of implementation: Q1.2019.
