-         Purpose: to collect bondholders’ opinions in writing for the following issues:

• To cancel Clause 2 of Article 1 of Resolution of General Meeting dated February 28, 2018;
• To authorize the Board of Directors and allow the Board of Directors to assign the Chairman to decide and execute the dividend payment for 2017 and the interim dividend payment for 2018 by December 31, 2019.
