The Board resolution dated January 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to assign contribution of capital contract with VFD Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company contributed land use right to build a factory for rent. Details are as follows:

- Area: 17,031m2

- Address: Block B133-B134-B135 Street No 8, Thai Hoa Industrial Park, Duc lap Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

- Use Period: Until September 06, 2054

- Total value: VND28,000,000,000
