According to the Board resolution dated February 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to increase the charter capital from VND5,570,186,730,000 to VND5,867,405,520,000.

-       Number of shares after the capital increase: 586,740,552 shares

-       Time of capital increase: February 01, 2019  

2. Amending the Company’s Charter  regarding the new charter capital of VND5,867,405,520,000.
