On February 01, 2019, Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 1,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and to increase the value of HAX share.

- Expected trading period: from February 18, 2019 to March 19, 2019.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
