Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 dated December 13, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the plan for the merger with Cadivi Mien Bac Co., Ltd. (100% owned by Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation):

-       Target Company: Cadivi Mien Bac Co., Ltd.

-       Head office: Lot D1-3, Dai Dong Industrial Zone, Hoan Son, Tien Du, Bac Ninh, Viet Nam

-       Charter capital: VND100 billion

-       Legal representative: Mr. Le Tran Vinh, CEO

Because Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (Cadivi) is the owner of Cadivi Mien Bac Co., Ltd., the charter capital of Cadivi after the merger will be remained at VND576 billion.

2. Approving the merger agreement between Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation and Cadivi Mien Bac Co., Ltd.
