Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Minh Chinh, Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Mr. Nguyen Long & Mr. Dinh Viet Thanh as members of the BODs.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Long as Director cum the legal representative.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Dinh Tien Quyet as a member of the BOS.

-       Mr. Nguyen Trung Chi was appointed Chairman of the BODs.

-       Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung was appointed a member of the BODs, Director cum the legal representative.

-       Mr. Doan Van Trac, Mr.Ha Quang An and Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam was appointed as members of the BODs.

-       Ms. Pham Thi Lam Phuong was appointed a member of the BOS.
