The Board resolution dated December 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:
1. Approving the candidate of Mrs. Quan Le Ha as member of BOD.2. Approving the change of member of BOD and Supervisory Board:
- The resignation of Stefano Clini as member of BOD;
- The appointment of Mr. Bui Huu Quang as member of BOD;
- The resignation of Mr. Bui Huu Quang as member of Supervisory Board;
- The appointment of Mrs. Thieu Hong Nhung as member of BOD.
