The Board resolution dated December 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1. Approving the candidate of Mrs. Quan Le Ha as member of BOD.
2. Approving the change of member of BOD and Supervisory Board:

-       The resignation of Stefano Clini as member of BOD;

-       The appointment of Mr. Bui Huu Quang as member of BOD;

-       The resignation of Mr. Bui Huu Quang as member of Supervisory Board;

-       The appointment of Mrs. Thieu Hong Nhung as member of BOD.

3. Approving to supplement its business lines.
4. Approving the record date to collect shareholders opinion in writing on January 03, 2020.
