On October 07, 2019, Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Petroland) received Official Document No.1146/ANDT-P6 dated October 02, 2019 by the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security. Of which:

-       On September 27, 2019, the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued Decision No.15/ ANDT-P6 to prosecute the case “Bui Minh Chinh and his accomplices had abused their positions and powers while on duty” at Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Petroland).

-       On September 27, 2019, the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued Decision No.44/ ANDT-P6 and Detention order No.30A/ANDT-P6 dated October 01, 2019. The Supreme People's Procuratorate approved the decisions and order above. 

-       On October 01, 2019, the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security served the decision to prosecute the accused and executed the detention order against Mr. Bui Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petroland.
