On September 23, 2019, VietFund Management (VFM) announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 (EGM) as follows:

1. Approving to convert the preferred shares into common shares:

-       Convertible volume: 1,051,203 shares

-       Convertible ratio: 1:1

-       Convertible time: after being approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Competent State Agencies.

2. Approving to adjust and supplement its charter:

-       To adjust its charter capital to VND 214,772,030,000, equivalent to 21,477,203 common shares with the par value of VND 10,000.

3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vu as member of BOD as from September 23, 2019.
