On October 07, 2019, Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Thai Nguyen Province dated October 04, 2019 regarding the tax penalty from 2016 to 2018 with total amount of VND 360,799,474, including:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND 55,207,705

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND 48,780,542

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND 214,727,826

-       Late payment: VND 40,683,401.
