On September 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company approved to contents as follows:

1. Approving business plan for 2018

- Product: 3,181,010 tons

- Net revenue: VND136.7 bil.

- Profit before tax: VND20.1 bil.

2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as Chairman of the BOD as from October 01, 2018.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Quynh as CEO as from October 01, 2018.
4. Mr. Phan Trong Lap was appointed as person in charge of Chairman of the BOD as from October 01, 2018.
5. Mr. Do Van Huan was appointed as person in charge of CEO as from October 01, 2018.
