On September 24, 2018, the Board resolution of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw the whole of shares from Ha Do 23 Joint Stock Company (Hado 23) with the following details:

-       Owning volume: 2,221,490 shares (equivalent to 60.04% of number of outstanding shares of Hado 3)

-       Total value (based on par value): VND22,214,900,000

Selling price: VND15,600/share (based on the book price at June 30, 2018)

-       Receiver: employees of Hado 23.

-       Time of implementation: expected to end the Quarter 4 of 2018.
