1. Approving to change its name from An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company into Antien Industries Joint Stock Company (short name: ANTIEN INDUSTRIES.,JSC).
2. Approving to amend its Business Registration Certificate, charter and related documents.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Duc Tu, Mr. Le Manh Hung and Ms. Dang Thi Quynh Phuong as member of BOD.
4. Approving the list of additional election of the BOD member:
