Son Ha International Corporation announced the resolution of the BOD on September 17, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the 2017 profit after tax distribution plan:

- Investment & development fund: 7.7% undistributed profit after tax (VND2,723,049,690).

- Bonus & welfare fund: 7.7% undistributed profit after tax (VND2,723,049,690).

Article 2: The BOD approved the bonus fund plan for staffs:

- Total bonus fund: VND500,000,000

- Financial sources: Bonus & welfare fund

Article 3: The BOD approved to increase charter capital from VND110 billion to VND138 billion.
