On September 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company reported the result of ESOP issuance as follows:

1. Approving the result of ESOP issuance:

-       Number of distributed shares: 7,500,000 shares

-       Total distributed value (based on par value): VND75,000,000,000

-       Time for transfer restriction: as ESOP regulation

2. Approving to amend and supplement its charter capital to VND3,500,714,120,000 (equivalent to 350,071,412 shares with the par value of VND10,000/share.)

3. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 7,500,000 new shares for the ESOP issuance.
