Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) has enclosed Resolution on collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing dated September 13, 2018 as follows:
- Approving to plan a merger between Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Vincom Construction & Consultancy Com. Ltd.
- Approving the merger contract between Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Vincom Construction & Consultancy Com. Ltd.
- Approving to change the contents of Business Registration Certificate of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.
- Approving the merger charter of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.
- Approving to implement the merger between two companies in line with the merger plan which was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
