Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) has enclosed Resolution on collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing dated September 13, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to plan a merger between Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Vincom Construction & Consultancy Com. Ltd.
2. Approving the merger contract between Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Vincom Construction & Consultancy Com. Ltd.
3. Approving to change the contents of Business Registration Certificate of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.
4. Approving the merger charter of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.
5. Approving to implement the merger between two companies in line with the merger plan which was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
