1. Approving the establishment of a subsidiary:

- Company name: Sotrans Logistics Com. Ltd

- Short name: SOTRANS LOGISTICS

- Charter capital: VND220 billion

- Address: 1B Hoang Dieu, ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

2. Approving to appoint Mr. Tran Quang Tien as the representative of stake of Sotrans Logistics Com. Ltd.
3. Approving to appoint Mr. Dang Vu Thanh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of Sotrans Logistics Com. Ltd.
4. Approving the termination of operation of branch at Ha Noi.
