EVG: BOD resolution on investment and cooperation with Dong Duong JSC

On November 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of Everland Invesment Joint Stock Company (EVG) approved to invest and cooperate between EVG and Dong Duong Nha Trang JSC to implement the Ho Vinh Hoa residential area project at Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province with the following contents:

-       Project: Ho Vinh Hoa residential area

-       Address: Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

-       Land use area: 12.48 ha

-       Expected investment value: VND900,000,000,000

-       Investor: Dong Duong Nha Trang JSC.
