RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company (RDP) announces the Board resolution dated December 03, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the capital contribution to set up a subsidiary:

- Company name: Rang Dong Films Joint Stock Company

- Address: 63 Vo Van Bich Street, hamlet 11, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

- Charter capital: VND180,000,000,000 (RDP contributed VND179,820,000,000; accounting for 99.9% charter capital of Rang Dong Films JSC.)

2. Approving to appoint Mr. Ho Duc Lam as the representative of stake of RDP in Rang Dong Films JSC, effective from January 01, 2019.
