Thong Nhat Production And Investment Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated August 26, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to invest in Viet Nam National Tea Corporation Ltd (Vinatea):

Stock: Stock of Vinatea

Quantity of shares registered to buy: 27,750,000 shares (75% of Vinatea). In which:

    Quantity of shares registered to buy via sale to strategic investor: 23,583,800 shares (63.74% of Vinatea)
    Quantity of shares registered to buy via public bidding: 4,166,500 shares (11.26% of Vinatea)

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to invest in Vietnam Livestock Corporation (Vilico) in the first stage:

Stock: Stock of Vilico
Quantity of shares registered to buy in the first stage: 7,650,000 shares (12.12% of Vinatea).
