On August 25, 2015, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (Saigon Water) approved to establish a project enterprise in order to execute the project “Expanding Can Tho 2 Water Plant, with the capacity of 50,000 m3/day”.

The expected name of the project enterprise: Sai Gon – Can Tho Water Plant Joint Stock Company
Charter capital: VND50 billion
Capital structure:

Shareholder	Capital contribution ratio	Amount
Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation	77%	38.5 billion VND
Cantho 2 Water Supply Joint Stock Company	3%	1.5 billion VND
Ms. Truong Thu Dung	20%	10 billion VND
Total	100%	50 billion VND

Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation was approved to pay an advance amount of 500 million VND to the project enterprise.
