On August 25, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company:

1. Stock symbol:           CII

2. Ex-right date:            September 14, 2015

3. Record date:             September 16, 2015

 The payment for the cash dividend:

+ The 2014 dividend: 2%

+ The 2015 dividend: 8%

Dividend pay-out ratio: 10 %/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          September 25, 2015

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, 50 Ton That Dam Street, District 1, HCM City as September 25, 2015..
