Vian Joint Stock Company is a Hanoi-based beverage manufacturer. The company mainly produces, distributes and markets mineral water, alcoholic drinks of which beer is the main product. The company’s beer was popular since 1990 under the brand name “Northern Red River Beer” and is currently available at Dong Anh and neighboring markets. Income from alcoholic drinks contributed to 70% of total revenue. Currently the company has two beer production lines with total capacity of 12,000 liters per day, one purified ice cubes production line with capacity of 10 tonnes per day and one purified water production line with capacity of 120 pots per hour.
