Song Da No 1 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering sector. The Company constructs hydropower plants and other electrical structures, traffic structures, transmission lines, transformer stations, as well as residential and non-residential buildings. It is also involved in stone mining, along with the manufacturing and trading of construction materials, such as concrete pipes, metal structures, cement, stones, sand and gravels. In addition, the Company invests in the development of urban areas and apartment buildings for sale. During the year ended December 31, 2009, 50.09% of its revenue came from construction activities.
