On April 20, 2023, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation explained the current situation and measures for the disclosure of financial statements in 2022:

1)      Situation:

1. The unstable of real market: LDG’s customers have met the financial difficulties and had late payments.
2. LDG has cooperated with Deloitte Vietnam Audit Company Limited, however there are still no arrangement of human resources for auditing the financial statement in 2022.

2)      Measures:

1. LDG has changed the new audit firm for auditing the financial statement in 2022
2. The estimated time to disclose the financial statements will be before April 28, 2023.
