-          Time for subscription and payment: from April 28, 2023 to May 29, 2023

-          Total distributed shares: 23,852,698 shares, accounting for 91.96% total shares expected to be offered

2)      Approving the plan to handle the undistributed shares to other investors:

-          Undistributed shares volume: 2,084,801 shares; including:

• Fractional shares volume: 372 shares
• Unsold shares volume: 2,084,429 shares

-          Selling volume: 2,084,801 shares

-          Selling price: VND20,000/share

-          Payment time: from June 06, 2023 to June 08, 2023
