-          Term: 10 years

-          Total value of issuance: VND2,840,195,100,000.

1. Approve the dossier of registration for the bond public offering to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
2. Approve the agreement Minutes regarding the purchase of corporate bond issued by BOT Ninh Thuan Company Limited and Ha Noi Highway Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company.
