On June 26, 2023, Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution regarding the approval of the change of time to pay cash dividend for 2016 and 2017 as follows:

-          Payment time: December 12, 2024 (instead of June 30, 2023).
